5. How soon will I receive my order?
In most cases, it takes roughly 5-7 business days to have your products printed. And it takes 7-10 business days to ship via DHL global mail. If you have a deadline, please let us know then we will check if we can expedite.
6. What imprint methods do you provide?
Screen printing or heat transfer vinyl. Different types of logo suitable for printing methods are also different. Some of our customized chef coats are allowed to be embroidered.
7. How many colors can I print or embroider the logo on the same location?
One color.
8. Are the uniforms suitable for ladies as well?
Yes. Our unisex chef coats fit both men and women. Ladies sizing: Men should order 1 size up.(ex: A Unisex "Small" is a Small for women or a X-Small for men. A Unisex "Medium" is a Medium for women or a Small for men. A Unisex Large is a "Large" for women and a "Medium" for men.)
