The little snap holding the case closed broke off pretty early but the pill case inside is a good size. It???s a little small for bigger pills like excedrin but it does the job.

Keeps pills secure: the metal shell stays shut and I don't need to worry about my pills spilling out in my bag. Great size: compact but big enough to hold several pills per compartment. And very sturdy: I've used it for several years and haven't had any issues. As a bonus, it can be used as a compact mirror, but it does get scratched up after a while. It's also discreet and inconspicuous, if that matters. It definitely doesn't appear to be a pill case at a glance.

Excellent product if you take daily medications. Stores safely in your purse with no fear of the lid coming open. This purchase is actually a back up. My original is 4 years old, and after being opened 4 to 5 times a day it is possible that one of the inner plastic hinges might break in the near future. I wanted to buy another while it was still available. I gave it 5 stars for my purpose, because I don't care about looks. You might consider it a 4 star product - the shiny finish does scratch, and at about 3 years I started to see the copper under layer show through.

I needed something to organize allergy and various other pills... and this thing has done that amazingly. My only complaint is the clasp/lock that holds the silver part of the case closed stopped actually working within a few months of use.

I bought two of these about 6 months apart and both broke in the same spot. They seem to have a considerable weakness at the clasp where it shuts. There's a little tiny pin that falls out. But me being me I'll probably buy another and solder the sucker in. Such is the life for a professional diabetic.

The clasp is flimsy and broke the first day after opening and closing the lid 3-4 times. The case itself is still very nice and shiny. The interior mirror is a nice addition, but increases the overall weight of the box.

SO great for carrying meds. Super cute and sophisticated good quality been using for over a year. Nice mirror inside too. Easy to open the doors and fits several pills in each.
