Customer service was exceptional! I worked with Yan and he initially reached out to ask question about my order. I then realized I had ordered a kids size hat instead of adult. Yan fixed my order without any hesitation and later reached out to make sure I received my package. The hat I ordered was exactly what I was looking for, I had sent over a picture to Yan for reference and it looks just like it, actually it’s better quality than the reference I used. Price was reasonable and I would highly recommend ordering from this company as they have quality products and great customer service! Thank you and a special thanks to Yan!
