DESIGN YOUR OWN PATCH
Our patches are made of poly-cotton blend twill, featuring embroidered applique with a 3D effect achieved using EVA foam inside the emblem. This ensures that your simple logo will truly stand out! The vibrant colors are also embroidered for a comfortable and long-lasting finish. You have the option to customize your patch to perfectly match your specific design or logo.
SELECT PATCH SIZE AND SHAPE
The size of your patch is determined by the height and width, including 2"-4". Please determine your exact size based on your artwork, you can simply choose the inch closest to the maximum height or width of the patch. It's just for pricing purposes.
The 'Icon Library' offers a variety of shape suggestions for your custom patch. You may select one of these options or create your own unique design. However, please note that the merrowed border is applicable only to standard shapes such as rectangles, ovals, and circles.
THE EDGING TYPES
Die cut: Smooth cut fabric edges. This option allows an embroidered border which is clean finish for any shapes.
Merrowed: Standard patch border. Edges sealed with an overlock stitch in color of your designs, preventing fraying. For larger, simple shapes like circles and shields.
THE PATCH BACKING
The patch has hook side backing for easy attachment to a loop side base. Available in black and white.
