If you are required to wear these for work like me it's totally worth having a zip up vest than the velcro...unless you like ruining all your clothes with velcro sticking to sweaters/fleece/etc...Even if your company gives them out for free its worth having one that zips! Highly recommend. This one is a great quality and fit is true to size.
