I got these shirts for work. I got a size medium but to me it fits more like a large. Fortunately I knew this already because I purchased this same shirt from a local uniform supplier at almost triple the price. They definitely don't seem to be wrinkle-free but for around $10 I have no complaints. They look very crisp after a quick ironing.

Have worn the button down collar shirts for decades. Gave up on that department store brand as price changes dramatically day by day. Mow the grass in it or tuck it in and go anywhere.
