Men's XL fit just perfect. I got this and a Under Armor equalent, this was MUCH BETTER. Good quality fabric and excellent fit. Wife says looks great too!

They dry quick and keep you cool during hot days. Don't get them cought on any thing they will not hold up but can't beat them for hanging out during hot days.
