For embroidery decoration, the final price includes 5K stitches embroidery on the front of the product. If the actual stitches exceed 5K, additional charges will occur. Thread color change or metallic thread or additional locations will incur additional fee.
For printing decoration, additional locations/colors may incur additional fee.
For patches decoration, different size of patches may incur additional fee.
Industry damage allowance is 2% of order, at least one piece. We would refund the damaged pcs if there any. Please order extra pieces as need.

So I'm giving this 5 stars even though it's a little lose fitting, but the stretch and material are very nice, I probably should have bought a l/xl and instead I went for xl/XXL, which I feel like its a bonus they make them that big but apparently my head was smaller than I thought for once in my life, any ways to my big headed friends you might want to consider l/xl unless your certain of your size.

What a great hat. I love this shape and flexfit so I was on a journey to find something specific and this hit the spot. I bought the XL/XXL for my head (7 5/8 - 7 3/4) and the fit is perfect. It's snug enough that it doesn't fall off or slide around but relaced enough to not give me a headache or leave an indention on my forehead.

This is a well made hat. The snapback ones are trash compared to this one. Plus I hate the giant gaping hole in the back of snapback hats. I live in South Florida and want all the sun protection I can get. I think I'll buy another one in a different color.

Time will tell but the cap feels good. Good materials, nice fit, nothing feels cheap about it and yet the price seemed very reasonable. I didn't see it in the description but it does seem like it's thick , warm, heavy as if specifically designated for cooler weather wearing. It's great right now in mid February but it may have to go on a hook when warmer weather arrives.

I love this cap but it is a bit small for me even though I ordered a large size. I tried to wear this cap all day but then my head hurts from the pressure of the cap. But in general the cap is not bad.
