For embroidery decoration, the final price includes 5K stitches embroidery on the front of the product. If the actual stitches exceed 5K, additional charges will occur. Thread color change or metallic thread or additional locations will incur additional fee.
For printing decoration, additional locations/colors may incur additional fee.
For patches decoration, different size of patches may incur additional fee.
Industry damage allowance is 2% of order, at least one piece. We would refund the damaged pcs if there any. Please order extra pieces as need.

I bought this hat in L/XL and it fit too tightly and the top didn't stand up in front enough. Then I bought the XL/XXL size and it was too loosely and the top stoop up more than enough in front. These hats should really be manufactured in individual sizes for: XXS, XS, S, M , L , XL, XXL as opposed to the five adult sizes offered.

I ordered the XL/XXL in black. Looks good and fits just how I wanted. The only thing that was not good was the packaging. The hat was literally smashed into a paper envelope. It took some time to reshape the crown of the hat.
