- WIND + WATER RESISTANT: 300D oxford polyester outer shell + PU coating resists wind and water to keep you dry. Body and sleeves are lined with 190T thermal quilted insulation for warmth. High-VIS 2" wide reflective bands along the chest, sleeves, shoulders, waist and back, meets ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 Standards, which provide 360 protection to make you stand out from the dark.
- One cell phone pocket on the right chest and 2 large functional pockets on the waist. Easily stored hideaway inset hood with drawstring and stoppers. High density plastic zipper front closure with storm flap. Snap buttons for further protection from rain and wind.
