Our embroidered patches are crafted from durable poly-cotton twill and stitched with vibrant threads to create a comfortable, high-quality finish. Personalize your patch with your logo, artwork, or text - tailored exactly to your vision.
SELECT PATCH SIZE AND SHAPE
Patch size is based on the greater value of height or width, from 2" to 4". Choose the closest inch based on your design's maximum dimension - this helps determine pricing.
You may also select a shape from our Icon Library or submit your own custom shape. Please note: merrowed borders are only available for standard shapes such as circles, ovals, and rectangles.
EDGING TYPES
No Border (Heat Cut): Cleanly cut using a laser machine, perfect for custom shapes and intricate designs.
Merrowed Border: Overlocked edge stitched with a merrow machine, best for standard shapes, offering a traditional, finished look.
Embroidered Border: Stitched with embroidery to create a dimensional effect, ideal for decorative or detailed outlines.
PATCH BACKING OPTIONS
Hook: The patch has hook side backing for easy attachment to a loop side base.
THREAD & COLOR OPTIONS
Up to 12 Thread Colors at No Extra Cost - Enjoy vibrant designs with up to 12 colors included.
Free Metallic Threads - Add a premium look with gold, silver, or other metallic threads at no extra charge.
