The waist band is to stretchy for my liking. Everything else fits true to size, just not the waist band.

Definitely size down, these were too big on me at 5'1 and 135 pounds the small was too big

I have a muscular body type and have a hard time finding pants in general that fit both my thighs and waist. I ordered an XL petite. The pants fit great on my legs but was huge around my waist. I tightened the pants as much as I could, and due to the design (the string only covers 6 inches in the front and doesn’t go around the whole waistband), there was severe bunching in the front crotch area. It looked awful. I decided to seam rip the strings out, cut some holes, and make it go all the way around. It looks much better now. I would only recommend these scrubs to people that don’t have many curves and to size down. If you’re crafty and have the time to fix the pants, then these are a great choice. The material is comfortable and there are lots of pockets. It’s just poorly designed overall.

I’m 5’7 around 155lbs, I ordered the navy in Medium. They fit good, and are flattering, however by the end of the day they do get a bit saggy. I liked them enough to get them in black and gray also, I again ordered Medium, these are bigger though. I can literally roll the waistband. It’s bizarre. I guess if you get an accurate size, they are nice scrub pants.
