I am 5'8” and 160lbs. and I ordered a small in black. I read reviews and got the gist that the shirt would be boxy and not fitted and runs slightly large. Normal size for me would be small/medium, depending on the brand or if a shirt was preshrunk. I like the boxy fit for myself because I like my work or active shirts a little loose. I prefer the longer sleeves and the length of the torso is longer, which I like because I am tall and I can raise my hands above my head without anything showing. The fabric itself is a mix of polyester and cotton, so it is breathable and soft. I washed cold but did not tumble dry low and I had no problems with it shrinking. Reviews also said that it is slightly see-through, which I understand with it not being 100 cotton. If you hold it up to the light you can see light pass through. I wore a black bra underneath and did not see any skin showing.
