This is made of durable waxed canvas with leather handles. The handles have a wrap to secure them together. This has a rich color and holds quite a load.

I've got a couple of Rothco duffel bags in addition to this log carrier. All three are excellentwell designed, well made, and composed of rugged materials.This log carrier has the usual Rothco heavy-duty canvas, and they've sewn piping around the edges. Additionally, they've sewn a strip of leather to the seam that runs up the middle of the main canvas area (visible at the very bottom of the attached photo). Finally, they used canvas-backed leather straps/handles to attach the thick leather closure at the top (see photo). Oh, and those straps? They're sewn, cross-sewn, and then riveted to the body of the carrier. Very, very nice.Overall, this log carrier is excellent. I expect many years of enjoyment :-D

This is comfortable to carry when loaded down. The leather handle is soft and designed to stay as a solid handle with the snaps. This alleviates, your hand being smashed or pinched in the weight of the wood load. It is sturdy and built to last for years.
