The Classic Military Messenger Bag is a rugged, durable canvas, military inspired messenger bag by Rapid Dominance. The front flap is held closed by hook & loop in two locations. There are a total of 7 pockets: The (1) 2 Front zippered pockets, (2) 2 Side pockets with button closure, (3) Main compartment, (4) Internal zippered pocket, and (5) External back pocket.
The 2 pockets on the front are great for carrying items such as keys, flashlights, MP3 players, etc. The pockets are secured with a zipper.
On each side of the bag is a button closed pocket. The pocket is great for carrying bottled water, umbrellas, or any other item that you need quick access to.
The main compartment is very roomy and lined with polyester for added durability. Integrated into the polyester lining is a zippered pocket. The pocket is great for storing valuable items, such as passports, keys, money, etc.
Along the backside of the bag is a pocket with a hook & loop closure. This pocket is also great for any items that you may need quick access to.
The strap is fully adjustable and the 2" width makes the bag comfortable to carry. The strap also uses antique brass details, which not only look good, but also adds to the durability of the bag.

I have been searching high and low for an vintage canvas messenger bag. and this is IT. With some upgrades. the old pockets that are normally open under the flap, are zippered. and the big part is also zippered. and it is SOOOO STURDY! I CANNOT WAIT to throw some patches on this bad boy. I love it so much! I used to wear a back pack, and I hated being stalked in every store I walked into, now I'm not anymore! I am so happy I found what I really wanted!

So, have a black one and two olive ones. One olive one ripped down the side along the seam in a couple places. The other two have been fine, may daughter even uses one as her school bag.As Meatloaf said, two out of three ain't bad.

I carried this bag back and forth to work for about 10 years, every day. I just bought a second one since after that long obviously there's some frills and holes...but this is the best bag i've ever owned. It is durable, but there's nothing in it to make it stuff, its a cloth canvas bag. So keep that in mind. Fits my laptop with a 17 screen and now I carry my tablet and other stuff in it. Strap is nice and long also.
