My husband uses these as pajamas and he likes them a lot. They don't shr8nk up like flannel pjs do, and wash like a dream. These aren't crazy long or super baggy like most scrubs. He has a 32 inch waist and bought small. The legs are a straight cut, so they aren't huge either.

The quality is good, but these are way too large. I ordered a large and the pants go up pasty belly button and about 6-7 inches past my ankles. I am 5'5 and about 190 (I carry my weight in my stomach). I probably should have gone with a medium.
