This looks like a full head mask, but it is a plastic partial head with only a flimsy elastic piece to hold it on to your face. There is small pieces of foam in the mask to "rest" against your chin and forehead that, I guess, is meant to help....but, since there's no universal human head size, if it doesn't line up with your chin and forehead, the foam is pointless. Honestly, it really looks bad. Also, the scarf is cheap and there is no jacket included, and, at least when I purchased it, it appeared to come with the scarf and jacket. Buyer beware.
