I ordered the large size which fits my 6 foot, 193 lb frame very well. They are made from thinner nylon material but feel good and do the job. Very lightweight and keeps me cool while working out in the gym. I do like the deep pockets for storing my phone and car keys. I'd definitely recommend this product if you need gym shorts.
