Quality is a thinner material, but how can you say no to a baby/ toddler in some wranglers? These weren’t stiff, so he could easily move around without being uncomfortable. The waist also has different sizings hoops so you can tighten them as needed!

I have tried a number of different jeans for my now 18-month-old... The Walmart/Carters brand jeans don't have stretch (have they met a toddler??). Hamp;M has ADORABLE jeans but often run extremely large and it's hard to gauge the size. Old Navy has cute jeans, but a similar issue with lacking stretch. I typically buy my son's clothes second hands, but it's tough to find decent jeans that aren't from the 90s. I bought these so that he could match his daddy for a rodeo we went to (a bit of a splurge), but they've been my all-time favorite jeans I've had for him. They have the PERFECT amount of stretch which is so helpful for a crawling toddler (I don't understand why more brands don't utilize stretch for toddler clothes). I ordered size 24 month when my son was about 12-15 months (granted, he was 96th percentile for height, 97th percentile for weight). It also has an adjustable waist that is super helpful to make them fit and grow with him. He's now 18 months and has outgrown them, but I will be purchasing another pair before long. Obviously they are a boot cut jean, so it looks a little weird to me with sneakers, but it's also a toddler so it's not the end of the world either. He wore boots with it to the rodeo, but those just aren't practical for a crawling baby.

We loved these little jeans. The only thing is the sizing was weird on my son, but his size is also complicated. He has a big butt, but small waist and legs. So by the time they fit him right on his waist and weren’t too long for his legs, they would barely fit up the butt. lol.
