It holds the tourniquet, shears, and a marker just like it says. Build quality seems excellent. Material and stitching is also good to go. Surprisingly affordable and effective in a world of designer tactical gear. Buy 5 and use the savings to by more TQs!

I work in security and this is something that I put on my ballistics vest. It is very sturdy and can last a very long time. It held both the torniquet and sheers very well! I was never worried about either of them falling out, or the whole thing coming off my vest!

I have these on all of my bags and my duty belt. Rothco makes some great products and I really like that I can carry my shears in the same slot. The only thing I wish it had was a spot to put my Sharpie on it. These have held up nicely through all kinds of abuse and bad weather.
