I'm not in the medical field but work nights at a grocery store for the last 35 years. I've been wearing mens Dickies double knee relaxed fit flex pants for as long as they've been around. Before that, the regular double knee. I'm 5'7" and about 300lbs. Apple shape, no hips, no waist. I struggle to find comfortable work pants. After the last two pair I just purchased from Dickies practically cut me in half, I decided to search for something else. These are a bit thinner then I'd like, but very comfortable. I'll be wearing them to work tonight amp; see if I would like to order some more. The length, regular, works well for me. I do wear Dansko clogs, so that gives me a couple more inches. Not crazy about the slit at the bottom of the leg as it's pretty big. Could easily stitch a little bit smaller. Lots of pockets. I like pockets. I usually carry a wallet, car keys amp; my phone in my pockets. I feel the weight of those might pull them down or flop around a lot. Glad there is a drawstring! Like I said, apple! They'd be great for traveling as well.

We couldn't tell by the picture so we took a chance. The drawstrings on these pants are on the outside which is not what my wife wanted. Otherwise they seem to be as advertised.

These are very soft and lightweight, unfortunately they are a little too long and will need to be hemmed.
