Ok, so I am 6'1" - 210lbs with rather broad shoulders and ordered Medium. It fits me like a parka with a t shirt only but it looks good with a sweater. I threw it in the washing machine in hot water and after that twice in the drier at high heat to brake it in. ..... Beautiful! It shrank a bit but not much. A size S would have been a lot slicker but wouldn't allow me to wear anything under. Sleeves are the usual reded width as the military issued M65s...I hate them but if rolled up a bit it's not that bad.

I really like this thing. Plan on sitting down for 2 or 3 hours to cut and burn all the Irish pennants away..but that's all part of the fun ain't it? May want to order a size larger if you live in very cold climate or plan to use liner for it. Xl fits me just fine, a bit baggy as it should be, I'm 6ft 250 .

The jacket is comfortable, but I have my serious doubts as to how well it will hold up to regular use. The second time I ever wore the jacket, the button holding the pocket closed ripped out of the fabric. These jackets, by design, have had decades of improvements done to them, and should be nearly indestructible, yet this is already happening.
