My therapist and sports chiropractor recommended the Power Systems slant board for my plantar fasciitis. It is easy to use, move and store. The different levels allow for progress.

Saw one of these at my gym and used it there. Soooo large and sturdy, that I used it without any concern of it breaking or shifting. The stretch is doing great things for my ankles! More range of motion, less ache, and better balance while walking.

SUPER sturdy!

Your feet will NOT slip off of the platform. Now, you might leave some skin behind on it...

Very pleased. Sturdy product. Bought for decline squats (no weight) as much as for calf stretching.

Super workout for my plantar fasciitis problem. Be sure to place on a piece of cardboard or rug as it is sturdy and will dent your hardwood flooring. Same as used in physical therapy sessions.

Ordered this because of plantar fasciitis. It has been helping alot but you have to be dedicated if you have severe issues. I found the ramp to be too high on the lowest setting when I first started and would recommend some 1/2 or 3/4 inch plywood under the heel side if you are going to be standing on it with both feet at the same time. I stand on the side at times and sometimes with both feet on it. I wish the base was wider than the top because it will tip sideways if you step on it to the side rather than the center. It has nice rubber feet that don't leave marks on the wood floor (it's behind our couch and I stand on it and watch TV with my wife sitting on the couch. The anti skid is really nice and so far is holding up well. I don't use this socks on, I wear my in house tennis shoes. It's built sturdy and I think it is the best thing going but could be a little better with a few refinements. I may make my own outriggers so it isn't prone to tipping if you step too close to the edge of the platform accidently. I say buy this if you need one of these!

This provides the best calf stretch. It has made a huge difference.

This immediately started disintegrating just a few days after the return window expired, Imagine more than $100 dollars and total disaster. The no slip component started bubbling-up and getting sticky. And we are talking about an in-home use of this product - not at a gym. Save yourself a truckload of cash and avoid this at all costs. I am SO regretful about this purchase.

Well built, sturdy and just what I was looking for! I'm a runner/weightlifter and very active 40 year old who has lower leg issues (i.e. achillies, plantar facia) and I wanted a slant board like the ones I use at my physical therapists office. I looked at the wooden ones but they are bulky. This one folds down flat and is low profile when folded. It is well made and very sturdy! Getting it out for use and then storing it is away is ultra easy and it doesn't the up hardly any room. I highly recommend!
