What can I say...they are sticks you lay on or stick into the ground...But really, I used these every once in a while to get my body alignment back into form. After about 2 hours (accumulated over a few trips to a range) I went out and shot 1 under for the first time in about 2 years. Would take that return on investment any time. (For those curious, mine did have a pointed end to stick into the ground)

Like a lot of the other reviewers mine do not have a pointed end. Both ends are blunt. It won’t be a problem with soft ground, but it will be difficult when it firms up.
