Great tool to have in any golf bag. Look up some golf instructional videos on how to practice different exercises. Will have these for a long time!

What can I say...they are sticks you lay on or stick into the ground...But really, I used these every once in a while to get my body alignment back into form. After about 2 hours (accumulated over a few trips to a range) I went out and shot 1 under for the first time in about 2 years. Would take that return on investment any time. (For those curious, mine did have a pointed end to stick into the ground)

I use these rods for my daily practice. I used to use one of my clubs but I always feared I would damage it or leave it on the ground after practice. I practice on a mat so I can't poke it in the ground to control my shoulder swing plane but I do lay in at angle to my target path to make sure I have an inside to out swing. I carry these in my bag all the time.Be careful inserting the rods back into the clear plastic tube as the black tips of the rod may catch the edge of the tube hole and pop off.

Good quality yet not as advertised. I got alignment sticks hoping to be able to easy stick them into the ground to work on swing plane.. by the pics it seems one end is pointed..but that is not the case. Somewhat disappointed.

perfect size to keep in golf bag. normal snow plow stakes are too tall and can be a nuisance. these are about the height of my 5 wood while in my bag. one end on each stick has a point to easy ground placement and the other ends have rubber covers to help in not stabbing yourself. very happy with these.

I have used these a handful of times. My only gripe is that they curve a bit since they are plastic, so you can't assume they are 100% straight. They do seem to work for what they are.
