Got these a while ago, early January I think. I was already working out but after I got these I started getting gains faster. its also really convenient to just have these around your house ready for use and you can pretty much use them for most workouts. anyway, grips are grippy. comfort is what you'd expect from iron weight d-bells. same could be said for quality. honestly they do what they're made for. but yea, eat your protein, get that cardio in, and probably buy these if you workout at home.

The dumbbells are ok. Always need to tighten clamps on them. They become loose on every set.
