B annoy express how much I love this cap. I teach swim 10-20 hrs a week and latex and silicone hats are starting to make me itch. I have hip length hair ( almost sit on it) ; medium thick. This hat takes a few times to get right, the attached head bad is amazing. It is NOT totally waterproof but is exactly what I wanted, comfortable and breathable

My daughter has long hair, past shoulders and does not like to dry and iron it very often. I was encouraged by the reviews of this swim cap. I made sure she had it on securely and properly. Without going under the water, at all,the back of her hair still got wet. Nothing excruciating, but still a bummer for a teen who definitely did NoT want wet hair!

Most caps I've bought are always too small, too tight, or too 'something'. The inner band hides most of your long hair and the exterior bandis easy to put on after the first one.

If you are worrying that hat will pull your beautiful long hair and mess with your hair line, then this hat is definitely for you. Your hair will get wet as with any other swimming hat!!! However, it is not pulling it, fits very well, and easy to put on
