I receytje Capt bars today. Came two days sooner then scheduled. That always a plus. Since I needed the before the end of the day on Wed. They are well built and have a high shine. Only one issue. There is a divit type blemmish on the same bottom left corner on both rank pieces. I noticed them right off. But I can still use them. Maybe no one will notice except an inspecting officer.
