Who needs an expensive watch, unless you are so fashion conscience, and have lots of dough to spare. Timex and this watch is very dependable, especially for gardening or hiking, although I wear it all the time. I once lost it over the winter in my backyard garden. In spring, when the snow melted, it was still ticking away, just fine!

Although expensive for all plastic, the indiglow is what you're paying for. I need a watch that I can read easily at night. Most watches don't have a light and the ones that do is too dim to see clearly. The band seems stiff but comfortable to wear. I have other timex expedition I had for years and still working. The back needs a special triangle screw driver to change the battery. But is better than snap on backs.
