Inside snap broken when received, zipper gets stuck for no reason, even added some oil and it didn't help. Not sure if it will hold up on another trip.

I like the layout of the inside. Just the right amount of pockets and compartments. Outer zip pocket for business items and a computer or other electronics. I can pack enough clothes for 3 days plus personal hygeine items. I have not traveled on an airplane to see how well it fits under the seat but that was the main reason I bought it to use in addition to my regular carryon. And I needed a personal size underseat bag that had wheels if I check my bag since it is getting hard for me carry a heavy bag over my shoulder long distances through an airport.
