As an ankylosing spondylitis patient, it is a constant struggle to get the kinks out of my back. Several spinal joints slip out of place. Laying on a carpeted floor has been my go to. After a physical therapist recommended laying on a rolled up towel up/down my spine, I ordered this. It was hard to find. Most other products were much harder. I have found this to be much better than other more purpose-built tools ... primarily due to its being soft-density foam. It works both length-wise and as a hump moved up and down the spine. I've already recommended it to someone else with back issues.

This is amazing to use. I use this every so often on the Lifepro Vibrating platform and it works great. A video showing exercises using this, sitting it on the platform and doing stretches.works amazing!!!! Worked for the purpose I needed it for.
