The best balls for transitioning from tee ball to hard balls. I’ve coached all 3 of my kids as they have gone through youth baseball and for a Coach Pitch division (5-7 year olds) these are the best balls I’ve found. They are former than a tee ball, but not so hard that it will injury a child. Using these balls really helps a child get ready for switching to hard balls because it is a more gradual jump than going directly from a spongy tee ball to a hard ball.

These are very realistic baseballs (their purpose is use for kid t-ball), and they are slightly soft but not squishy. They hold up to teenage batting, so they are not like the foam balls that will split if hit hard. Our team uses them for batting cage practice and for hitting sessions because the velocity off the bat is far slower than with a real baseball, so it's safer for the pitcher and leads to more infield plays, but it still give good feedback to the hitter about what's a good hit. Ours have been batted thousands of times without coming apart. This is a quality t-ball or soft practice ball.

I got my 6 year old daughter a dozen of these to hit and throw around the backyard. There was a softer youth ball, but I got the slightly harder level 5 (still soft enough).

Bought these because they are what are used in my 8 year old sons games. We received a dozen individually wrapped in plastic inside a box. We couldn't find these in the many stores we went to and decided to look online. We even received the box early.

Nothing to complain about, it's a good quality level 5 ball. They seem to hold up quite well. This is the last soft level just before the hard balls. We use for our 5-6 year old division.

Great balls to use for games and tournaments. They last and are soft so they are great for younger kids.

Previous reviewer claimed he got one ball for each order. It says a dozen and that is what I got. 12 balls individually wrapped in a box. I bought these particular ones because they are the exact ones used by our local little league. I've bought "5" balls at Dick's before and they turned out to be t-balls, really soft, these are just right.
