It works easily, but don't drop it! It slipped out of my hands the first game I used it, and shattered into 8 pieces. Luckily, I have some pretty determined kids on my team amp; they put it back together for me. But I probably would have just tossed it instead of doing that myself. If it shatters again, I am definitely going to look for something that looks a little more heavy duty.

Rhus is a nice heavy duty umpire clicker. It counts and keeps track of strikes, balls, and outs, as well as which inning is currently being played. I won't need to know which inning it is so I'm going to use that wheel to keep track of how many runs were made during that inning. It's small enough to fit good in your hand but big enough to easily read the numbers. The wheels are tight with a solid click, preventing accidental switching. If you are wanting to keep track of strikes, balls, outs, and the score of a baseball or softball game, then I can recommend this umpire clicker. You will be happy with your purchase.
