Bought a new product. What I got, however, was a dinged up and unusable piece of used equipment. There were loose parts and cut zip-ties thrown in the box haphazardly, and the box arrived with packing tape covering large holes in the cardboard.

For anyone who doesn't have enough space to commit to a full blown home gym but still wants the versatility of being able to do dips, ab workouts, and calisthenics, these bars are for you! The build is metal and fairly sturdy, they've never buckled or anything. You can adjust the height of the bars which is nice and they're pretty easily to store since they're slim. Overall, a solid purchase, I love doing dips for triceps and chest, and doing straight arm holds to strengthen stability and abs.

After receiving my package my wife was eager to set it up To our dismay the only things in the box was the bars and feet. Absolutely no screws and or bolts to fasten the legs. This is highly irritating seeing that we ordered this internationally. We double checked the box and inside the bars and feet to if we overlooked anything and found nothing It's hard enough having to wait almost 2 weeks to get here then to find out there's parts missing!!!

These bars are so sturdy and multifunctional. The base adjust to alter distance between the bars. The hand grips provide enough cushion that you can comfortably grip for dips, l-sits and any other exercises. Easy on and off twist knobs so you can break the bars down for storage.

These assemble easily and feel sturdy to use. I am 5' 9" and I'm able to do a full depth tricep dip, shoulders well below my elbows, with a weight belt and plates hanging down without hitting the floor. The padding on the hand rails is thin enough you feel the steel and get a good grip, but just enough to make the hand placement comfortable. The larger diameter pipe also makes my grip feel more secure.

most of the adjustable bars types cost quite a bit more, this one was pleasantly sturdy made of tubular steel and works perfect for pushups using a chair for the feet. also great for stabilizing the body during knee bends
