Good upgrade from the Jolla essentials I had before. My game has improved a lot. Offers enough control to place ball where I want. Will have to upgrade if I want lots of power, that's where I see other newer paddles beating this one. Overall very good for my game level.

Joola paddle only lasted 2 months before the center became dead. Joola has one of the worst customer service. No one answers the phone and it takes them weeks to reply to emails, only to deny warranty.

The paddle was nice while it lasted but paying this much for a paddle I expected it to last longer, a lot longer. I've never seen a paddle crack like that before. I called Joola and was told this was past the 6 month warranty and they could not do anything for me. It was indeed over a year, but you'd think for a clear manufacturing defect like that they would do something for me. Buyer beware!
