Late report: Several years ago I bought one of these for my husband who does a lot of biking, even after dark. He said he didn't need it. Well, after several years of losing bike lamps, he finally asked me if I still had this. He loves it!

They are very well made. I use these when I'm working on PC's and also for camping so they're truly well put together muti-functional headlamps. They don't even get hot! Was using these in the summer and felt no real heat difference. Would buy again if I needed to but I don't think I WILL need to is the thing.

These are very handy and the beam is strong, shines far away. Charge seems to hold for a good amount of time. Two pack is a very good deal.

I bought this mainly to aid me in my evening reading. I need more light at my age and these work great. One setting is perfect for the reading and one for more directed light for other tasks. Took me a minute or two to figure out which buttons to use. Guess that's what they included instructions for. I find the head strap very comfortable, and recharging is easy. Charge them fully before you use them. Not sure how many rechargings these will take but they were certainly inexpensive enough.

Oh these are bad AS!! They even have a sensor mode that detects objects in front of it without light and it turns on so you can SEE it! And 2 other modes, main light and a "wide angle" light instead of a beam. For this price? They're built well and I imagine they'll last a long time! Cool that it comes with 2 of them, as I love always having a back up of everything! lol
