the package was lost and mixed up so many times through FedEx that I was worried it would never arrive but with the help of the customer service from both companies, my worries were put at ease until the package eventually arrived.the bag is a bit flimsy. I can see the steaks wearing through it eventually, but it seems like it is a pretty good set
