It’s a good product but it is not at all 23”. This is a smaller ball for smaller hands. I’m keeping it because it will work well for my 7yo. I will have to go to Academy for an actual basketball for my older students’ outside co-op class.

Perfect size for my 3.5 year old. It feels realistic - heavy, bouncy, and grippy. He can shoot baskets. It will be great for dribbling as he learns that skill. We pumped it up easily with a bike pump and it has held its air great for a few weeks now.
