I use this product a bit "off-label". I hook weights on the front of the harness to do things such as inverted flyes on olympic rings, etc. Once I got the hang of hooking the weights on using carabiners, it went smoothly and put the additional weight in a good place to protect my low back. I'm always trying to think of new ways to exercise!

I am so excited. This is exactly what I needed. I am disabled from a car-jacking Sep 21 2001 and a robbery-assault Feb 12 2009. I have two separate and inoperable Traumatic Brain Injuries. I do my physical and occupational therapy at home. I needed this to attach myself to the "O" Ring I have secured to my rafters for my Physical Therapy Workouts, because I fall over easily. This will secure me from falls into furniture and hard objects. I use a tether from the "O" Ring and attach it to the "D" Ring on my back. I am a high risk for brain hemorrhage and often go blind , loose my ability to speak and experience intermittent paralysis daily. My next purchase is the helmet in case of accidental impact. I use a stabilizer bar I have attached to the underside of my fireplace hearth for balance that I hold on to. This harness is also perfect to attach the leash of my assistance dog to my body when I am out doors working. I am so excited to have found this. I have been wearing it all day since it arrived! It is so comfortable. The adjustable straps that are made out of "car/truck/vehicles" seat belting, is lightweight and perfectly breathable and easily cleanable with a brush and disinfectant solution. This secures perfectly to the form of my body without impeding upon my arms, neck and hips. It secures safely around my shoulders and waistline with a "quick release" buckle at my breast and rib line. Who ever is watching over me... please accept my gratitude and appreciation for what you have just provided me... The harness looks just like it does in the photo. It comes with a tow strap, although the carabiners were all different sizes so it made it difficult to put over the I bolt I had installed on our tires we are pulling. All in all, it's a great price compared to what else is out there, but if you are looking for the best of the best this isn't it. It will get the job done, however.
