Label outside says 3XL open bottom. Inside it is 3XLT with elastic bottom.

The first one I got was black and had crinkle hem [elastic around ankle) I ORDERED OPEN HEM ON LEG. WRONG IYEM I KEPT IT BECAUSE I CAN USE TE HEM FOR OTHER THINGS THIS PAIR I ORDERED NAVY BLUE(by accident) wanted black but I got th open hem bottom. But this pair had a stain on them looks like maybe someone spilled soda on them,nut I washed them came out nice and will wear for my cat- scan. { no metal) but the items I kept they fit well,price was good,nice soft quality
