The aqua color and white detail is so pretty, unique, and soothing. I get loads of compliments on this mat. It's just sticky enough so that I can still wear socks with it...I know I'm a weirdo who loves socks. I use it at work a lot during my lunch breaks so I love that it has positions on the back. I use it as a guide for my workout. I'm trying to memorize the chakra symbols and this helps a lot with that.

I just bought this as a gift for my 11 yr old stepdaughter's birthday. She loves it. It's really cute and she loves that it has the mandala on one side and the poses on the other. It looks just like the pictures. - As a practicing yogi, however, I would not buy this for myself. This is not a good quality studio or home practice mat. It is very thin and the material is pretty slick. I bought this for my stepdaughter as a beginner mat and as a way to see if she might become, and stay interested in yoga. If she does, I will purchase a much higher quality mat for her as she develops a regular practice. If not, then I won't feel bad for spending $20 on a mat that she will sit on in her room and maybe do a few stretches here and there, or be forgotten about completely by the end of the month.
