I have zero hair on my head, I'm 6' 230 lbs with a large head and swim 1500m 5-6 days a week. This cap is thick, tight but not uncomfortable and won't slip until around 1k meters if you're doing aggressive turns. It doesn't wrinkle and flutter when I push off of the wall like looser caps do. It's probably not good if you have long hair and want your ears covered. Very short to shaved hair can get it down over ears. It's warm too. Best way to get it on is palms together inside. It has to be dry or it's almost impossible to get on. I've purchased most of the caps on the market, and this is the one I'm stopping my search for. I've got three in my bag now lol I don't touch any of the others

Bought the wrong color. Silver in the picture almost looks white. White may have looked better. Nothing really special, didnt feel anything different than using my other swim caps.
