Setup easy. This bench is a piece of crap. I bought this bench as it claimed to be able to hold 800 lbs. I'm 300 lbs and the bench sways from side to side. Not sturdy at all. Had my wife, 135 lbs on it, and as soon as I gave her 10 lb dumbbells this bench started swaying. Do not buy this bench.

Easy to assemble, and fold up if needed. Should work out for simple dumb bell exercises and incline bench works as it should. Could be a little wider but its main purpose to to save room so you have to give up something.

It’s easy to set up, easy to adjust, looks good, and is comfortable. I’m 5’11” and it has plenty of room for me.

I’m posting this review as a serious warning for anyone considering the Flybird Bench. Although it’s advertised to hold up to 800 lbs, my personal experience turned into a very scary ordeal that could have ended much worse. I weigh around 240 lbs, and I was lifting 100 lbs of dumbbellswell below the bench’s stated capacity. I had it adjusted a few clicks up for incline and had triple-checked that the side pin was secure. Everything seemed fine until, mid-rep, the pin slipped out of its hole without warning. In an instant, the bench dropped four notches to a steep decline. I flew backward with my feet over my head, and my dumbbells went flying. It was a heart-stopping momentI seriously thought I’d dislocate my shoulder or, worse, drop the weights on my face. Thankfully, I walked away with nothing more than a huge scare and a few choice words. The emotional aftermath was intense. My family heard the crash and ran out to the garage, and the look on their faces said it all. Realizing how close I came to serious injuryor worsestill shakes me up. Right after it happened, I bought a new bench from a different brand and threw this one straight into the garbage. I wouldn’t even give it away for free, because I can’t imagine anyone else risking an accident like that. If you’re only using light weights, maybe you’ll never encounter this issue (I still wouldn't trust this bench though. I was well under the acceptable weight limit and it failed). But in my case, the failure was so sudden and dangerous that I can’t recommend this product to anyone. Please be safe and consider a sturdier bench with a more reliable adjustment systemyour safety (and possibly your life) is worth it.

I'm very amazed by this product, I was expecting a lower quality product but this is a good one, arrived way the time anticipated, had a good experience with this, I can do several exercises, specially crunches, it's very easy to use once assembled...

I know you get what you pay for but I really expected something more stable. The bench wobbles significantly.

Set up was incredibly easy just two steps. Product price point is a great value. High quality equipment. Fold up storage is a great versatile design benefit. Highly recommend this bench.

This bench worked great for 4.5 years then broke in half during a set of incline bench. The main weld on the bottom split apart causing me to hit the ground with 80lb dumbbells above me. Thankfully no injuries. I did use it more than some (4-5 days per week) but weigh less than others (180 lbs). I’m now in the market for a new weight bench and will choose a different one.

As numerous others have pointed out, the seat is very narrow and so is the foot support making it difficult to use the decline function. If you do decline work, this bench is both uncomfortable and unsturdy. UPDATE: Seller reached out and made it right. I still stand by my review, but appreciate their responsiveness. I added a star for customer service.
