I was in between sizes according to Sanabul's sizing chart. I decided on the L/XL and couldn't be happier! I love that it has the integrated chin protection, so there's no annoying chin strap. You only need to velro across the back, and the pad in the back is movable / adjustable. For the price, this is a slam dunk, would absolutely buy again!
