i got these to add to my home workout collection and i like them. i do think that the marked weights are heavier than the bands actual resistance, either that or i just need to be adding more tension to them. if you’re short/have a small wingspan you won’t always be able to use the handles because they add length to the band, i think the handles are good for like lat pulldowns and standing chest press kinds of things but doing a bent over row i had to just hold onto the band. otherwise they’re great for home workouts.

I’ve only used a few sessions now but they seem to do the job. The photo in the listing grossly exaggerates the diameter and shininess of each cord and I had to exchange because it came with 2 50lb cords but no 20lb. I don’t like the handle arrangement at all because with the connection hardware it adds about 2 ft total to cord length making cord too long for my taste and I’m 6’ 2” tall. However for the price it’s acceptable. I may be buying extra handles because I do swap cords during my fitness sessions.

They do the job and I am glad to have them. However, a couple stumbling blocks will take some modification or creativity. 1. The carabiners have a vicious cutout which jabs my thumb every time I change accessories, which is a lot! I’ll be replacing them with round carabiners that’ll also accommodate the nylon strap with better, which’ll add to the cost but is absolutely a necessary change, especially for the sake of keeping my skin intact. Geez! 2. The bands are a little long for me especially with the accessories added. I find myself choking way up pretty much holding the band itself for some exercises. Taller people may appreciate the length though, since I’m 5’3”. The latex smell was strong on day 1 dissipated by the next and is a total non-issue now. The colors are nice and again, most importantly, they seem to do the job! Storage and alternative door hinge ideas are in pics.

Bought these for a 94 year old client who was an elite athlete in his youth. He loves them because he can get creative and use all of his muscles. He was so impressed that they made him sore. I like them especially for a rowing exercise for your upper back to combat forward head/rounded shoulders.
