Sprint Aquatics 697 Americas Belt

I purchased 2 of the Medium sized belts; one for me and one for a friend. Since I have 2 problem areas on my spine, I needed something to give me more buoyency in the water when I length swim to remove the arch in my back during freestyle. I wear the belt with the foam side on the front of my body and the buckle at the back. In this way, my body is straighter in the water and there is no strain on my spine. My friend wanted the belt for a different reason. She wants to water walk in the deep water as well as improve her swimming ability. This belt, when swimming, gives her more buoyency so she is more prone in the water and the legs do not drag as much when she does freestyle. We have used the swim belts supplied by the our leisure center but with them being in such demand, we decided to buy our own. We were both very pleased with our belts and they worked wonderfully! For both of us, our body weight is in the middle of the product estimation for the medium size. The dimensions given on the website were exactly correct.
