This product is exactly what I have been looking for. It tougher than a foam roller but not too hard that it hurts. I recommend this product for anyone who is looking for something tougher than your basic foam roller.

This roller, for me, has saved many a trip to the chiropractor and is one of the most important health tools in my arsenal, among everything else; diet, supplements, minimal shoes, sports watch and daily exercise. I live in Mexico and travel often. This roller goes everywhere I go.
