CAP RK-2A Olympic Plate Rack

This is a good sturdy rack. I would not call it top of the line but for the money I paid it is well worth it. I currently have 5x 45lbs, 4x 5lbs, 4x 10lbs, 2x 25lbs, 2x 35lbs, and 4x 2.5lbs on it and it is supporting the weight just fine.

Great rack for those weights you bought and have no place to store them. Easily attach the 2 feet and it is all set up!

Holds heavy metal well.

I recently bought a squat rack and barbell (Also from CAP) and wanted a way to keep the weights out of the way and neatly organized so I didn't have to play Towers of Hanoi with plates on the floor since I'm pretty notoriously lazy and have a bad habit of leaving things in a mess if there's not a convenient way to put things away.<br /><br />This plate rack was pretty much the solution to that problem, at least in reference to my weights.<br /><br />It's pretty solidly built, has enough slots to hold every weight I have, and keeps things out of the way while also making them easy to reach so I don't feel like I could lose my fingers if I slip while picking up a 45lb plate from the floor.<br /><br />My only real complaints with it, and these things are super minor, and really one isn't even really fixable, but the bottom pole in the middle is kinda out of the way and a pain to get to depending on how you have it stored. I probably wouldn't keep anything there that was anything other than maybe some super light incremental plates. But it's not really anyone's fault and they could've just as easily not put anything there at all, so I guess I'd rather have it than not have it.<br /><br />Also the finish is already scratching off as I've slid off the plates just after two sessions due to what I assume is just a thin coat of paint, so if the cosmetic aspects of it will bother you then I could see that being an issue. Personally, I like to see the rack as a kind of &#34;Portrait of Dorian Grey&#34; type of thing where the uglier the rack gets, the more beautiful, thick, solid, and tight I get so maybe it will help you to see it that way too.<br /><br />Anyway, I think it's great and it keeps things tidy, so it definitely gets my recommendation.

easy assembly, nice product, could be slightly stronger in uprights, but I would buy again.

Pretty solid. Easy to put together. No complaints.
