I love everything about this skirt! It's the real deal, yes you have to take the white stitching out but it's totally worth it. I'm a dress size $20 and 5'2 the skirt fit as expected for a xxl. Also it's not too short

This skirt actually fits! It's comfy and it makes good material for a costume. If you see white stitching on the skirt when you first get it, don't panic! The stitching is just there to keep the pleats fresh. You'll need a small pair of scissors to cut the white stitches loose. I know this because I ordered a sailor uniform costume a few times from a Japanese site and they would do the exact same thing.

This cheer skirt fit just right, and delivery was efficient. The material is just like the traditional cheer skirt. I ordered an XL, as I'm a size 12 curvy in jeans. The white stitching will need to be removed from the bottom, to make the skirt flare. The price was descent as part of my Halloween costume. Many compliments, and sexy if you add a pair of heels, a whistle, poms, a bow, and a fine man to your side!
