The 3pp Carpal Lift (formerly 3pp Carpal Lift NP) features a unique strap and pad system that applies counterforce support to reduce wrist pain due to ulnar or mid carpal instability, triangular fibro-cartilage complex (TFCC) injury, arthritis, or Guyon's Canal compression. A padded pocket sits under the wrist bone and connects to adjustable straps that thread through the splint to lift and correctly position the wrist to aid in healing. The lifting motion lessens the clicking and popping sensation felt when gripping or turning the palm and reduces stress on the ligaments. The brace does not limit wrist or finger motion and can be worn during all levels of activity.
Lined with breathable latex-free foam, the soft splint is comfortably cushioned to provide all-day relief. The palm padding lessens pain felt from putting weight on the hand, making it easier to push up from a chair, use a keyboard, or ride a bike. Stretchable binding surrounds the body of the brace, resulting in a great fit, easier application and improved fabric strength for long lasting wear.
Available in right- and left-hand models and two different sizes to fit a wide range of hands. Measure the circumference around the large knuckles (MP) of the hand and choose either small/medium (6" - 7.25" or 15.25-18.cm) or medium/large (7.25" - 9" or 18.-22.8cm). For best fit, adjust the straps to ensure snug support. If needed, cut small slits to open the thumb hole to position the pad.
